Welcome to Eco-Space, a platform designed to empower stakeholders in the space domain with advanced AI-driven tools for safety, operational optimization, and long-term sustainability. Our products are cloud-based, you can access them through the web and through any number of device types (e.g., desktop, laptop, tablets, and smartphone devices) that you choose. By accessing or registering for an account on the Eco-Space User Portal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms") provided by eco-space.ai, Columbiad Launch Services Inc. ("Columbiad", "Eco-Space", "us", or "we").
These Terms apply to your use of the Eco-Space platform, other services or products for individuals, along with any associated software applications and websites (all together, “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Columbiad so please read carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not register or use any of the Services.

In order to operate and provide the Services, we collect certain information about you. We use and protect that information as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and understand that it identifies how Eco-Space collects, stores, and uses certain information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will post the most current version of these Terms at https://eco-space.ai/ (the “Site”). If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you via the Services and/or by email to the address associated with your account. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using and cancel your account by emailing info@eco-space.ai. Your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these Terms means that you are consenting to the updated terms.
You must be at least 19 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services.
Certain aspects of the Services may require you to obtain an account by completing a registration form and designating a user ID and password. When registering with Eco-Space you must: (a) provide true, current and complete information about yourself on the registration form and (b) maintain such information so it continues to be true, current and complete. You are entirely responsible for all materials and information that you upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Services. Only you may use your Eco-Space account and you are responsible for your account. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of the Services or your account, or have any questions about your account please contact Eco-Space Support at info@eco-space.ai.
By registering with Eco-Space or signing up for Services, you understand that we may send you (including via email) information regarding the Services, such as: (a) notices about your use of the Services, including notices of violations of use; (b) updates to the Services and new features or products; and (c) promotional information and materials regarding Eco-Space's products and services. Please review your settings in your account to control the messages you receive from us or unsubscribe by following the instructions in the message. Notices emailed to you will be considered given and received when the email is sent. If you don't consent to receive notices (other than promotional materials) electronically, you must stop using the Services.
You may provide input to the Services (“Input”), and receive output from the Services based on the Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively “Content.” You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services. We don't control, verify, or endorse the Content that you or others put on the Services. You are responsible for: (a) all Content you place in your Eco-Space account(s) and share through the Services and (b) making sure that you have all the rights you need to the Content.
Due to the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence generally, output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output from our Services. Our assignment above does not extend to other users' output or any Third Party Output.
The User understands and agrees that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other matter of any kind accessible via the Site (Content) is subject to this Agreement.
Content is the sole responsibility of the User that made the content available via the Site by uploading, publishing it in a Document or otherwise providing it.
A User may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on any of the Content (either in whole or in part) unless:
The User understands that it uses the Site at its own risk (including relying on any information contained in a Document) and agree that by using the Site you may be exposed to Content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable.
To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will Eco-Space be liable in any way for any Content, including but not limited to:
The User agrees that Content that it makes available via the Site may be removed or altered by the Company, subject to applicable provisions of this Agreement and any legislation including, without limitation, privacy legislation.
In addition, by storing, using or transmitting Content you cannot and will not violate any law or these terms:

We may use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services, comply with applicable law, enforce our terms and policies, and keep our Services safe. If you do not want us to use your Content to train our models, you can opt out by emailing us at info@eco-space.ai. Please note that in some cases this may limit the ability of our Services to better address your specific use case.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may, in some situations, result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.
When you use our Services you understand and agree:
If you purchase any Services, you will provide complete and accurate billing information (e.g. credit card information), including a valid payment method. For paid subscriptions, we will automatically charge your payment method on each agreed-upon periodic renewal until you cancel. You're responsible for all applicable taxes, and we'll charge tax when required. If your payment cannot be completed, we may downgrade your account or suspend your access to our Services until payment is received. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. These Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.
You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle in accordance with these Terms, but no credits or refunds will be available. To the extent Eco-Space has not received your payment, in order to bring your account up to date, we may bill you simultaneously for both past due and current amounts. If you do not cancel your account, we may automatically renew your Service(s) and charge you for any renewal term. You understand that failure to pay any charges or fees may result in the suspension or cancellation of your Services.
An annual subscription plan (“Annual Subscription Plan”). The subscription period for the Annual Subscription Plan will be for one year and will automatically renew each year on the anniversary unless you cancel at least three business days prior to your renewal date. You will be billed annually on or about the same day each year until such time that you cancel. Note that under the Annual Subscription Plan you will not be permitted to cancel, reduce the number of seats, or downgrade the Eco-Space Service you have selected until the anniversary date. Be aware that you are committing to a one-year plan.
We can make necessary deployments of changes, updates or enhancements to the Services at any time. We may also add or remove functionalities or features, or we may suspend or stop the Services altogether. Our software may include open source software that is governed by its own licenses that we've made available to you.
You agree you will not, nor will you encourage others or assist others, harm the Services or use the Services to harm others. For example, you must not use the Services to harm, threaten, or harass another person, organization or Eco-Space and/or to build a similar service or website. You must not: (a) damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service (or any network connected to the Services); (b) resell or redistribute the Services or any part of it; (c) use any unauthorized means to modify, reroute, or gain access to the Services or attempt to carry out these activities; (d) use any automated process or service (such as a bot, a spider, or periodic caching of information stored by Eco-Space) to access or use the Services; (e) use the Services beyond the features allocation and amounts provided in that Service or in violation of our fair use policy; (f) use the Services to violate any law of distributing malware or malicious Content; or (g) distribute, post, share information or Content you don't have the right to or is illegal.
As part of our efforts to protect the Service, protect our customers, or to stop you from breaching these Terms we retain the right to block or otherwise prevent delivery of any type of file, email or other communication to or from the Services.
We also reserve the right to deactivate, change and/or require you to change your Eco-Space user ID and any custom or vanity URLs, custom links, or vanity domains you may obtain through the Services.
You are free to stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services or delete your account if we determine:
You understand that if your account is suspended or terminated, you may no longer have access to the Content that is stored with the Services. Upon termination, you may request access to your Content, which we will make available, except in cases where we have terminated your account due to your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy terms. You must make such request within 14 days following termination otherwise, any Content you have stored with the Services may not be retrievable and we will have no obligation to maintain Content stored in your account after this 14-day period.
We also may terminate your account if it has been inactive for over a year and you do not have a paid account. If we do, we will provide you with advance notice. We may decide to discontinue our Services, but if we do, we will give you advance notice and a refund for any prepaid, unused Services.
If you believe we have suspended or terminated your account in error, you can file an appeal with us by contacting our team, at info@eco-space.ai.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. To share your concerns you can contact us at info@eco-space.ai or use our contact form provided on the Site. See General Terms section.
All contents of the Site and Services including but not limited to logo, design, text, software, technical drawings, configurations, graphics, other files, and their selection and arrangement and Eco-Space Confidential Information belong to Eco-Space, and/or its suppliers, affiliates, or licensors.
Eco-Space or its licensors own and reserve all right, title and interest in and to the Services and all hardware, software and other items used to provide the Services, other than the rights we expressly grant to you to use the Services and Eco-Space Confidential Information. No title to or ownership of any proprietary rights related to the Services or Eco-Space Confidential Information is transferred to you pursuant to these Terms.
If you provide comments, suggestions and recommendations to Eco-Space about a Service (e.g., modifications, enhancements, improvements) (collectively, "Feedback"), you are automatically assigning this Feedback to Eco-Space.
To the extent not prohibited by law, you will defend Eco-Space against any cost, loss, damage, or other liability arising from any third party demand or claim that any Content or information provided by you, or your use of the Services: (a) infringes a registered patent, trademark, or copyright of a third party, or misappropriates a trade secret (to the extent that such misappropriation is not the result of Eco-Space's actions); or (b) violates applicable law or these Terms. Eco-Space will reasonably notify you of any such claim or demand that is subject to your indemnification obligation.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE) WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF ANY COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR NOT LOST OR ALTERED.
YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT ANY USE OF OUTPUTS FROM OUR SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND YOU WILL NOT RELY ON OUTPUT AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH OR FACTUAL INFORMATION, OR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA OR OTHER LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE LIABILITY AROSE OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) USD. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Some countries and states do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the terms above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights. In that case, these Terms only limit our responsibilities to the maximum extent permissible in your country of residence.
ECO-SPACE'S AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, AND DISTRIBUTORS ARE INTENDED THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES OF THIS SECTION.
If you are a business or organization, to the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our personnel, from and against any costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) from third party claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Services and Content or any violation of these Terms.
Eco-Space may make available to you optional third-party applications, services or products, for use in connection with the Services (“Third-Party Products”). These Third-Party Products are not necessary for the use of the Services and your use (and any exchange of any information, license, payments etc., are between you and the third-party provider) is solely between you and the applicable third party provider. Eco-Space makes no warranties of any kind and assumes no liability of any kind for your use of such Third-Party Products.
